This t-shirt design was created for the sold-out Remembering Michael Hedges concert in 2017. The photo was taken by Michael's guitar tech on ISO 800 35mm film with no professional lighting or filters, so there was some handling of the very grainy original image required just to prepare it for print design.
Ultimately, the enhancements to the image included a subtle halo effect and some nebula-like clusters of color that provide a stage for the focal point of the design.
The end product proved very popular with concert attendees / fans who pre-ordered most of the t-shirts based on this image alone.
